Making and curing of specimens for strength tests

Profometer Touchscreen PM-6

PM-600 er grunnmodellen for å lokalisere armeringen og bestemme armeringsoverdekningen og stangdiameter.
Instrumentet egner seg godt til å finne hvor armeringen ligger før det kjerneborres, stikkprøvekontroll av overdekningen på nye og gamle konstruksjoner.
De enkelte måleverdier, både overdekning og stangdiameter kan måles og lagres instrumentet og senere vises med statiske beregninger og grafisk.

Profometer PM-630 er en avansert armeringssøker med utvidet bruks- og applikasjonsområde, basert på PM-600, men med tilleggs-funksjoner som Single-Line ans Multi-Line Scan samt Areas Scan.
PM-630 er spesielt godt egnet for kontroll av større flater og områder, lange strekk med krav til utvidet dokumentasjon.
For eksempel ved inspeksjoner av tunneler, bruer og kaier etc.
Ved hjelp av PM-Link programvaren kan alle måleresultater enkelt lastes over i PC og eksportres til 3. part.

Med lansering av modell PM-650 utvides mulighetene ytterligere fra modell PM-630. Målefunksjonen Cross-Line Scan gjør det mulig å kombinere skanning i X- og Y-retningen.
Alle modellene i Profometer PM-6 serien oppdateres med nye funksjoner. Det er nå mulig å gjenåpne lagrede filer for å fortsette målingen, flytte målesondens posisjon under målingen og visuelt kontrollere signalstyrken. Resipod is a fully integrated 4-point Wenner probe, designed to measure the electrical resistivity of concrete in a completely non-destructive test. It is the most accurate instrument available, extremely fast and stable and packaged in a robust, waterproof housing designed to operate in a demanding site environment. The Resipod is the successor of the classic CNS Farnell Resistivity Meter.

Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity - Pundit Lab+

The Pundit Lab is an ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) test instrument which is used to examine the quality of concrete. It features online data acquisition, waveform analysis and full remote control of all transmission parameters. Along with the traditional transit time and pulse velocity measurement, the ultrasonic test equipment Pundit Lab offers path length measurement, perpendicular crack depth measurement and surface velocity measurement. Optimized pulse shaping gives greater transmission range at lower voltage levels. This, coupled with automated combination of the transmitter voltage and the receiver gain, ensures an optimum received signal level, guaranteeing accurate and stable measurements. An integrated waveform display allows manual triggering of the received waveform.

The machine comprises a table which is rigidly connected by two arms with an axle 800 mm away from the middle of the table and placed on a rotating cam plate with a revolving rate of 60 revs./min. Projection and strokes correspond to a pyramid hardness of at least 500 HV.
