The counter balance valves 7AVB are seawater resistant load control valve. The valves are designed for applications used in lowering operations and have the following characteristics :

Delivered as single valve or with check valve for free flow
Delivered with sub plate with threaded ports, SAE flanges or for gasket mounting to valve unit
Adjustable pilot pressure
Capacity 150, 450 and 650 l/min

3-port load lowering valve with load sensing to control the movement of a load in the engine or cylinder by means of pilot pressure. Return pressure will lie on the opening pressure. By varying back pressure select 4-port valve.

Maximum load holding pressure 215 bar set pressure up to 280 bar
Leak 5 drops max / min.
Valve sizes from 15-480 lpm
Many choices of pilot ratio (1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1)
Many choices with respect to the adjustment range of opening pressure
0.3 bar or 1.7 bar opening pressure of valve

3-port load lowering valve with load sensing to control the movement of a load motor or cylinder by means of pilot pressure. Return pressure will lie on the opening pressure. By varying back pressure select 4-port valve.

Maximum load holding pressure 270 bar, with the set pressure up to 350 bar
Leakage 5 drops max / min.
Valve sizes from 15-480 lpm
Many choices of pilot ratio . (2.3:1, 4.5:1, 10:1)
Many choices with respect to the adjustment areas for opening pressure

Load control valve cartridge series CW-LHN

4-port load lowering valve with load sensing to control the movement of a load in the engine or cylinder by means of pilot pressure. Valve spring chamber is drained to its own port so that the valve is not affected by varying back pressure.

Maximum load holding pressure of 210 bar with a set pressure up to 280 bar
Leakage 5 drops max / min.
Valve sizes from 60-480 lpm
Pilot Ratio 1:1 or 3:1

Load control valve cartridge serial MB 350 bar

-port load lowering valves for demanding applications with load sensing to control the movement of a load in the engine / cylinder by means of pilot pressure. Valves close a poppet, but regulates a Spool Valve. By varying back pressure select 4-port valve.

Load control valve cartridge range MW 350 bar

4-port load lowering valves for demanding applications with load transfer to control the movement of a load in the engine / cylinder by means of pilot pressure. The valve closes as a poppet, but governs as a Spool Valve. Valve spring chamber is drained to own drainport.

Load control valve series LHT

Gives a very good control when lowering the load. For the most demanding applications can also be supplied with an additional attenuation (LHTZ).

Available as loose cartridge, with houses, for block mounting alternatively as the "banjo" fitting
With or without shuttle valve for brake relief
Single or double execution (two-sided load control)
With or without extra shock valves

Load control valve series LHK

Hawe load control valves type LHK used to control double-acting consumers (cylinders and motors), so that the hanging, pulling or pushing loads will not move uncontrollably.

Cartridge valve mounted in sturdy steel housing
Keep the valve performed as ball / seat valve
Check valve in parallel performed as plate / seat valve

Lowering / brake valve series SB, SQ, SJ and CSJ

Lowering / brake valve type SB used to achieve an almost pressure independent lowering speed of single-acting cylinders. The valve consists of steel body, with mounted control piston, piston spring and freely movable sliding metering orifice plate.

Cartridge valve mounted in sturdy steel housing
The cartridges can if desired be mounted in its own drilling sylidertilslutning
BSP threads on both the cartridge and the steel housing (int. / Int. Or ext. / Int.)
Free flow in non-regulated area

Load control valve with excellent load control features. Opening pressure is nearly independent of load pressure. Pilot pressure can be adapted to the system pressure.

Load Lowering Valve Series BBV 6 (SV)

Load control valve with excellent load control features. Opening pressure is independent of load pressure. Pilot pressure can be adapted to the system pressure. Built-loop damping of load fluctuations. Also available in double version fpr 1000 l / min.
