Pressure relief valves Cartridge Series RP-8

Safety valve in which the pilot stage (T-8A) is a valve screwed on the end of the valve. The pilot stage is separate and can be electro-proportional, air controlled, hydraulically operated or manually operated.

Normally closed pressure relief valves, with additional venting port for remote control of set pressure.

Normally closed directly operated pressure relief valves used as a pilot for a major step.

Pressure relief valves type CNE

Cartridge valve in the screw-in design for easy mounting in block.

• Max pressure 500 bar
• Provides depressurised relief to tank when the set pressure is achieved.
• Intended o be used in 2-pressure system for the drainage of low-pressure circuit while the high pressure circuit is continuing.

Pressure relief valve protects the system against uncontrolled pressure peaks or pressure increases that can be harmful for the system. Pressure valves can be either direct or pilot operated.

Pressure valves series CMV and CSV

Supplied as a relief, back pressure or sequence valve. Cartridge Valve in the "screw in" design for easy mounting in block.

• CMV is a relief valve for pressure up to 500 bar
• Available with or without damping
• CSV is the back pressure valve that maintains a pressure difference between in and out port corresponding appropriate pressure setting
• Also available with external drainage, C * VZ. Opening pressure is independent of this "back-pressure." Very well suited as sequence valve

Can be supplied with a separate pressure gauge connection, alternative pressure ranges and with a lockable pressure setting. See symbols at the end of the chapter for valves.
